Eliot “The Snake” Spitzer won’t face charges on Lolita Case!
Legal experts said that local authorities technically could still charge Spitzer as a john, but that it would be highly unlikely.
New York Post – Disgraced former Gov. Eliot Spitzer is off the hook for his hooker-loving ways.

America’s Darling, Ashley Dupre, at $5,000 an hour befriended The Snake Spitzer on a number of occasions.
Spitzer was spared prosecution today in the sensational hooker scandal that forced him to resign – and in the process publicly admitted for the first time that he was an Emperor’s Club client.
“I acknowledge and accept responsibility for the conduct it disclosed,” he said of the federal investigation. “I resigned my position as Governor because I recognized that conduct was unworthy of an elected official.”
U.S. Attorney Michael Garcia said Spitzer “has acknowledged to this office that he was a client of, and made payments to, the Emperors Club VIP,” an international prostitution ring busted in March. After the bust of the high-end brothel, it was disclosed that Spitzer was the person identified in the criminal complaint as “Client 9,” who arranged high-priced trysts while in Washington, DC and Florida.

But Garcia said a “thorough investigation” by the FBI and IRS found no evidence that Spitzer, heir to a real-estate fortune, misused public or campaign cash.
There was also “insufficient evidence” to charge Spitzer for withdrawing the money he used to pay the Emperors Club for his illicit hi-jinks.
A red-faced Spitzer left office on March 12 after news broke that he paid $1,000-an-hour for a Washington tryst with stunning callgirl Ashley Dupre at the Mayflower Hotel.
