Bill Clinton Forced to “Borrow” Airplane from Bon Jovi!
Former President Bill Clinton is out and about living the glamorous life in Ethiopia, where he was banished by Terry McAuliffe and his wife’s political campaign until Barack Obama inevitably makes her his VP nominee. Since the entire point of the mission is to keep Clinton well-behaved and out of the spotlight of the American press, they managed to find the most rickety, dangerous plane in all of the Americans on which to fly the press. According to this ABC News piece, the plane’s numerous faults included “a broken air conditioner, a problem with the fuel tanks that led to an aborted take-off, a shattered cockpit window involving a small fire, [and] a broken fuel valve.” The plane didn’t last long, and got stuck in Newark Airport, in New Jersey.
