Forty Six Thousand gathered for Historic Mass in National Stadium!
Pope Benedict XVI celebrated mass for more than 45,000 Catholics at the new Nationals Park in Washington, D.C.
The Pope brings a message of peace to millions of Catholics in America, gathering thousands of faithful in his visit. He arrived this morning at Kennedy Airport with a message of unity for the greatest country in the world, in the greatest city in the world. He addressed the United Nations this morning: “It is indifference or failure to intervene that do the real damage,” he told diplomats and spies at nerve center of diplomatic intrigue in the world.
