Winner: A talented and beautiful actress, Fabiola proved to be a courageous woman and a committed democrat in 2007, when she was fired from the state controlled- one man controlled- Venezuelan TV station. Instead of keeping it under the rug, Fabiola went out on the streets, gave interviews and asked her countrymen to vote NO in the Venezuelan Reform Elections. Her behavior was exemplary and well deserving of one of our 2007 Winners! Congratulations Fabiola!
