I fully agree that the best Cuban sandwich is NOT in Miami. However, I contend that the best Cuban can be found in Arlington, TX not in Union City, at the (amusingly enough) Mi Tierra restaurant. This Mi Tierra in Arlington, is owned by the charming Damaris. Either way, you’re spot on in saying the best Cuban sandwiches are NOT in Miami.
